At Mr Simms Sweet Shop, we want you to enjoy every treat; however, due to the perishable nature of our confectionery, we can only accept returns on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth resolution for your order.

Return Process

    Email our customer support within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details of the issue to initiate a return request.

    Provide Documentation

    For damaged or incorrect sweets, please attach clear photographs of the product and the shipping label to your initial email.

    Secure Packaging

    Once authorized, place the items back in their original confectionery packaging and use a sturdy outer box to prevent further damage during transit.

    Receive Your Refund

    After we receive and inspect your returned treats, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
